I currently offer the following services. Appointments are available in-person or virtually through the Simple Practice tele therapy platform.

Initial intake session (50-90 minutes): $200.00
Individual psychotherapy (50-55 minutes): $125.00
Couples or family psychotherapy (50-55 minutes): $125.00
Office fee for appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice: $50.00

I am currently in-network with UPHP (Medicaid). UPHP coverage must be verified prior to beginning counseling services. It is the client’s responsibility to notify me prior to insurance changes. If insurance coverage changes, it is the client’s responsibility to pay any balance accrued.

All payments are due at the time of service. Some insurance plans offer reimbursement for out of network mental health care. To better understand your own coverage, contact your insurance provider directly. Please note that a diagnosis is required for insurance reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that a client will receive a diagnosis.
